To be honest the 2 things I know that's definite kills them are #1 high heat(above 120° or more) #2 is (if not a full infestation) patience, tolerance and without scare jumping, use yourself to bait them out and kill them individually. Another help is to use diatomaceous earth to line you bedding, cracks or possible hiding places wherever you namely be.
