The Ring-tailed Pigeon is a large and nomadic Pigeon of the highlands of Jamaica, and is most common in the Cockpit mountains that comprises of St James, Trelawny, St Elizabeth, Manchester, and the northern tip of Clarendon

The Ringed Tailed Pigeon is a common specie in the mountains of Portland , St Thomas , St Andrew and St Mary. I know this very well as I spent much time working for the Forestry department there in the 1960"s

The Ring-tailed Pigeon (Patagioenas caribaea) is a species of bird in the Columbidae family. It is endemic to Jamaica.
