Mainly molasses, coconut, some ginger for tang and rolled into a mass looking like a one inch diameter ball. Shop varieties may be flat squares. You have to slowly suck at it to soften and get the substance and taste. Bite it and yuh teet break oui. I love sucking and toolum is good practice.
