It is thought this was originally "Backrow Johnny" as in where poor whites had to sit in church on Sunday (in the old time days.)  The upper classes sat to the front and the poor whites had to sit in the back.  Overtime it was shortend to "Bakra Johnny"...

Bozy. Is used like the word 'person' So "Not me bozy" is like saying "Not me, not this 'person' you see here."

It used to be "God Blasted" didn't it.... But like you catch yourself before you cuss and round it off and somehow it caught on...Sort of like "Cheese-On".... Which used to be said Cheese-on-bread.... but before that you had Jeeesus peace.... and before that you had the actual cuss word itself Jesus Chr--t... LOL It is all still of the profanity variety due to its roots.

A Linglamm(so?) falls somewhere in here doesn't it??? I heard the phrase when I was little used in the type of ghost/spirt context (I think.) But I don't know exactly what when is.... A next-one I heard too but I don't know from where... It sounded something like a "Vew-kooom-batt" ??? Anyone have any leads?
