This one pot mixture must have coconut milk and you can add some green leafy vegetables such as cabbage, black eye peas. Best way to eat this tasty meal is when it is a little wet.It is usually cook in a pressure cooker and do not cook it too dry.This meal may consider a poor man's food but it is rich and has good health benefits.I love to eat it and i like to eat the bottom if it burns.
