In French it is Les Avocats but with the liaison and the silent trailing consonant, it is pronounced like "lezavoca" which becomes "zaboca". (Note the reference to Haitian and French Antillean Creole)
Zaboca is most likely patois.

I just want to say I love in Europe and I want to tell our people stop giving away our great food recipes and our culture to Europeans. They take it and make money and then what do you have. It is bad enough your POLITICIAN SELL US OUT, we the people can save our culture ...Black people stop it on all levels.. our children need to know how rich our culture is.❤️❤️

Yes, zaboka is a Creole word used mostly in the French-Speaking Caribbean island. It's derived from "les avocats" in French. Linguistically, in some romance languages, specially Spanish, people used the letters "V" and "B" interchangeably. That's why "zavoka" has turned into *zaboka* in Haiti, Martinique, Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Dominica, St. Lucia, Seychelles, etc.
